Due to the nature of my work, I could only enquire and confirm my tour less then 24hrs and Ms Hsu attended to me almost immediately.
Her knowledge and understanding towards all the questions that I asked was amazing and we took some route that is not common among tour groups.
It's an eye opener trip even though it's only a day tour. But thank you for the arrangement!
