There are many places around Osaka castle, not so well known but which deserve to make a stop. It is interesting to stop there before visiting the castle. As its name suggests, it traces the history of Osaka from its origins to today. 

 The capital of Japan was not fixed during its protohistory. Capitales turned in the region, especially in Nara neighborhood and sometimes, Osaka under its old name of "Naniwa". Here we have Naniwa Palace remains which is nowadays a park where people like to walk, to rest and to have good time. Osaka Castle Park is around the castle and have many historical remains. We  head up to the park and the castle.

Osaka Castle is a close replica of the original castle. Inside, it is a museum about samurais and the siege of Osaka (1614-1615).
