Sorrento Food Tour
Description
The tour is a deep experience into the Italian gastronomy. In the same excursion you'll taste and learn the production of Limoncello (liquor made by lemons), Provolone del Monaco and Mozzarella (2 delicious local cheeses) and the iconic pizza. You'll have an hands-on lesson to make and bake your own pizza.
The first moment of the tour will be at the farm "Il Turuziello" with processing at the moment of mozzarella and caciottine with subsequent tasting of Salami and the renowned Provolone del Monaco D.O.P. All accompanied by a glass of local wine
Then we'll proceed with the Pizza at Ristorante da Francesco. It is located in the historic center of Schiazzano. Here the recipe and the procedure of the traditional Neapolitan pizza will be explained. Visitors will participate in the preparation of the pizza. At the end cake of the house, wine and coffee will be offered.
The final stage will be the guided tour of the lemon grove with tasting of the products: homemade lemonade, sugared lemon slices, lemon and orange jams on rusks and extra virgin olive oil, lemon oil on homemade bread. Explanation of the limoncello recipe.

RESTAURANT BY FRANCESCO
The Ristorante da Francesco is located in the historic center of Schiazzano. Where the recipe of the traditional Neapolitan pizza will be explained. Visitors will participate in the preparation of the pizza. It will be served sweet of the house, wine and possible coffee.
