Once we arrive and we have the equipment ready, we give the instructions and safety brieffing!! we put the kayaks in the water and paddle up to Chileno bay, while our guide told us the story of this beautiful place.

- Participants must be at least 6 years old
- Max.weight on tandem kayaks is 195 kg/425 lbs.
HEALTH RESTRICTIONS:
- This activity is not apt for individuals with back problems, expectant mothers, or serious medical conditions
- Please note that this tour is not wheelchair accessible.

- What kind of boat do we use? We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
- When the weather conditions are not favorable, is a refund made? Your safety is our priority.When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
- Does the weather affect the tours? As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule, and/or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us).
