Gio Lopez has been living in Rome since 2010. She studied Literature and Arts with a major in the Renaissance. Being an Art Historian, this city seemed the natural place for her to be, and she certainly fell in love with it. She has been providing tours in Italy since 2011 to travelers visiting this beautiful country. Since 2014, she has been an official licensed tour guide for the Vatican Museums and Rome. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Eleonora Agostini - When her parents used to call her Eleonora, surely they could not have known that one of her favorite women in history would have become Eleonora of Toledo, the wife of the first Duke of Florence, and course, also that her city would have impacted her so much. She was born just outside of Florence. The majestic dome of its Cathedral and its great artists pushed me to study Art History at University. She focused her attention on the birth of the Renaissance. She spent a few years immersed in the city's history, fascinated by the greatest bankers of Florence, who also became the patrons of brilliant artists like Michelangelo and Brunelleschi. After graduating, she worked for the University for a while and published some essays. Then she moved to what she liked the most: being a tour guide. There is nothing more thrilling than to talk about the life of the great, almost mythical, Florentines while walking through the streets to make the City and its art alive.
