Description
Come join me on this live-streamed, interactive online experience of Marseille, the second biggest and oldest city in France. We will begin our virtual tour at the Old Port of Marseille, where we will enjoy open, panoramic views of the city as well as of a palace built for Empress Eugenia. We will then walk around and talk about the city's culture and history; you will even get to see the way we locals enjoy our coffee.
Next, we will see the Opera House of Marseille and proceed to the Chamber of Commerce that was built by Napoleon; this is the place where the story of Marseille started. We will continue to the last stop, the City Hall. En-route we will see a hotel which used to be a hospital for the poor before you end the tour at yet another picture perfect view over the Basilica, perched on top of a hill.
