This Online walking tour will take you through Alfama, the oldest quarter of Lisbon. Start on a belvedere to appreciate the vivid views of the skyline and then enter into the maze of this quintessential neighbourhood. I will show you the typical streets, houses, courtyards, and restaurants and give you the perspective of a local. See the Fountain of the King and Saint Anthony’s Church which will give you an idea of how old Lisbon actually is. History, curiosities and beautiful panoramas of the city is all I want to show you! The tour will end downtown at Praça do Comércio, the famous square where the caravels of Vasco da Gama and important navigators used to dock more than 500 years ago.
