Description
This live-streamed Online Experience with me will allow you to explore virtually the Omaha Beach and the American Cemetary in Normandy, two sites on which more than 156,000 young soldiers landed to liberate France and Europe on D-day, June 6 1944, during the Second World War.
Beginning at Omaha Beach, you will get to learn about the events of that fateful day, why more than 3000 GIs lost their lives and how 1200 experienced Nazi soldiers were waiting there to stop them. Then, walking across the Normandy American Cemetery, I will tell you interesting stories of many of the 9388 young soldiers who lie buried here. If you have any loved ones buried at the cemetery, we could even visit them. You will also get to explore the site run by the US Congress, a true symbol of Liberty.
I will ensure that all your questions are answered and that you end the tour with fulfilment, knowledge, and overall an unforgettable experience.
