Get an overview of Zurich and discover why studying at the University of Zurich would be an excellent choice. We will start at the main building, located on a hill right above the city centre. I will explain a little about the university`s history, and afterwards, I will elaborate on several subjects you can opt for here.
While we continue walking, I will offer you some hints about preparing for your stay in Switzerland, the required documents, the application process's ins and outs, and the qualifications needed to study at the University of Zurich. We will reach Zurich`s famous Polybahn, a funicular train especially for students, connecting the university quarter directly with the city centre!
Admiring the views over Zurich from one of the university terraces, I will present insights into how and where students live in Zurich, what the city looks like, which activities you can do apart from studying, and where are the best places to enjoy a great meal, meet up with new friends, and make the most of your stay abroad!

I am a tour guide in Zurich, Switzerland and am passionate about travelling and discovering new places. At the same time, I love to give travellers the best possible experience when they visit my hometown Zurich.
I studied Romance Languages, Cultures, and Psychology, and after my studies, I moved to Italy and Spain for a couple of years. I followed several history and guiding courses to enrich my CV, and in 2011, I became an official tour guide.
In Switzerland, I founded my own tour company, where we offer private and tailor-made tours all over Switzerland. It is my pleasure to show you around Zurich, and I look forward to meeting you soon!
