We will from the Medici palace and walk through the neighbourhood where they lived to the San Lorenzo Church, where they are all buried. Then, we will proceed to Piazza del Duomo, where the magnificent Cathedral of Florence is located. The cathedral also witnessed the terrible assassination of Giuliano dei Medici.
We will walk through the medieval area to see the medieval houses and talk about the life back in those times. We will stop in Piazza della Signoria, the political centre of Florence, which served as the residence of the Medici family for a short time. Next to the square is Uffizi, one of the most important museums in the world. The building was built by Cosimo the Ist of the Medici family for a very important purpose - the offices!
