Description

This live-streamed, interactive online experience will allow you to follow in Dr David Livingstone's footsteps and explore Victoria Falls from the comfort of your own home! The falls, which are situated on the Zambezi river, have five cataracts that differ in depth and offer 15 viewpoints from where the statue of Livingstone is seen.

The first fall on our watchlist is the Devil's Cataract, which is 70 metres deep. After visiting it, we will head to Cataract Island, which has a crack acting as the lip of the waterfall between the months of February to June, when the river is full. Next, we will proceed to the Main Falls, which has a depth of 93 metres and features the most beautiful curtain of the falls (almost 800 metres wide).

We will also make our way to the rainforest during our tour. If we are lucky, we might spot some bushbucks, which are antelopes with white spots on their backs. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to see Livingstone Island and learn about its history. The Devil's Pool here is famous among adrenaline junkies who come here to swim and jump off the edge of the falls.

Moving on, we will head to the Horseshoe Falls, which vanished during the summertime, and the Rainbow Falls - at 108 metres, are the deepest and certainly one of the most gorgeous given that they afford views of stunning rainbows.

Last on the list of falls is a point called Danger point, which is rocky and gets slippery when the river is at its peak flow. You will be able to see the Eastern Cataract falls, which will be the last part on the Zambian side. Before finishing, you will see the Victoria Falls Bridge.
