Description
There are more than 120 tribes in East Africa, and the Maasai is one of the most famous of them. You will know the Maasai people in and out, on this live-streamed tour from a settlement near the Tarangire National Park. The Maasai migrated from Israel to East Africa, following the Great Rift Valley and the river Nile till lake Victoria in search of green pastures for their cattle and goats. We will find out together why they are called livestock keepers.
See them sing and dance to the traditional melodies in their traditional costumes, and witness their everyday routine where they prepare beautiful handicrafts, make fire using ancient techniques and indulge in activities such as plastering their houses.

This is one my favourite tour of Masaai tribe community. We started the tour watching their traditional dances and get to know each membera of the community and their significant roles in community. After seeing the dances we also get to hear a lot of great interesting facts about the Masaai Boma. Truly worth watching!!!

I enjoyed meeting the Maasai Tribe online. Not only did they put up a dance and song show for us, they also took us to their home and showed us some of the handicraft work that they do. The internet connection was a bit weak at times, but we were touring in the interiors of Tanzania, so that was to be expected. I am not sure when I would be able to travel to Africa, so booking this tour was a no brainer
