Description
Learn to make special Udon Noodles, one of Japan's soul foods, with an expert chef from Japan. Make the traditional soy sauce dip to spice up the noodles in this entertaining and easy cooking class. If you can't find the ingredients to prepare the sauce, the chef will recommend alternate ingredients as well. You can give your own flavour to the noodles; sweet or spicy, just the way you like it and season the noodles with your favourite topping. Even beginners can join this online experience and learn how to prepare a tasty Japanese meal.
