In this tour, you will learn the process for the preparation of mozzarella and taste the region's fresh dairy products. You will visit a mozzarella factory in the Campania region, located in one of the most suggestive places in the world - The Amalfi Coast.
The driver will pick you up from your hotel. On the way, he will explain about the region. The driver will also stop in between for you to take some photographs. The first stop will be the mozzarella cheese factory, where you will see the filling process and try your hand at it. Then you will proceed to taste some local products like provolone, ricotta, some smoked cheese, and mozzarella.
The tour will also include a stop at Ravello, the city of music where you can walk around, visiting the gorgeous Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo. At the end of the tour, the driver will drop you off at your hotel.
