Description
Get picked up from the hotel, and then we will head to the first winery. We will visit the vineyard discussing terroir, rootstock, trellising, cultivars, wine diseases, and harvesting. Proceeding to the cellars, we will discuss the various equipment such as de-stalker, crusher, fermentation tanks, filtration, stabilization, the ageing process, bottling, and oak. While tasting the wine, I will add to the information given by the tasting room operator.
Next, we will head for tasting to the second winery. Later, we will head for lunch. I would insist on having lunch with me as I will make great conversations.
After having lunch, we will head to the third winery, where we can taste brandy champagne. (Methode cap Classique)
After the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel.
