This tour will take you to the historical water town of Wuzhen, which lies within the triangle formed by Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Suzhou. The town is known for its peaceful canals and historical architecture which is over two thousand years old. The ancient houses and shops have been lying intact along the banks of the river for centuries.
See bridges and canals which portray the history of the town. Riding on a boat through the canals, you will reach the western part of the water town where you will visit the famous Foot Binding Museum. The museum exhibits 825 pairs of foot-binding shoes from various regions of the country, as well as many pictures and foot binding tools.
