Know before you go
  • We suggest a yoga mat or a pillow to sit on. If someone wants to be more comfortable, and if for some reason, they cannot sit on the floor, a chair is recommended.

Jorge Chevarria

I’m a certified tour guide and tour operator with 10 years in the tourism industry. I’ve been a tour operator for 8 years and in 2014, I got certified as a tour guide. I fell in love with my job and have been doing it ever since. I like to say that I'm retired because I’m passionate about what I do and it doesn't feel like work. I also have over 20 years of experience practicing different styles of martial arts and yoga. Besides the physical exercises, I’ve concentrated my practice on different breathing exercises and techniques to help in meditation and focus and relaxation. My wife is a certified yoga instructor CYT-200 and with our combined knowledge, we have prepared a stress detox session for the sake of coping with the anxiety and stress this pandemic has caused.
