This live-streamed, interactive virtual tour of Ljubljana is designed with 3 main goals in mind: to represent the city through the eyes of a local; to show you additional options on what to do here and the things visitors usually are not aware of; and, finally, to cover all the famous sites.
We begin this Online Experience from the city park Tivoli, which is near the national galleries. This is where we will get to filful our love for nature and discuss the various existing options how to spend time in Ljubljana. From here, we will take a short walk until the City Centre, and discuss along the way some of the most fascinating facts about Slovenia.
Walking on, we will enter the pedestrian zone that will take us to the main tourist attraction of the city, the Prešeren Square. The square is surrounded by beautiful architectural feats like the Triple Bridge, the pharmacy, first trade house, and the first baroque church in the city, all of which we will explore.
Next, we will stop along the banks of the Ljubljanica river to learn how the city and the river got their names. At the Dragon Bridge, you learn how the dragons have become a local symbol. If time allows, you will witness the local farmers' market where fruits are sold. We will save the best part of the tour for the last: a beautiful view of the Ljubljana Castle to remember your virtual tour by!

Primoz Zgajnar studied marketing at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. Ever since 2015, he has been working as a licensed tour guide in Slovenia. Unlike many others, he started to travel after my study; together with his family, we have zigzagged across Africa and South America. So as a passionate traveler, he understands what you seek on your tour. He is a storyteller and will be thrilled to share tales about Ljubljana, his hometown.
Dragan Bekcic has been a licensed tourist guide for the past 26 years. He was born near Kamnik and loves this city. He worked in many European countries as a tour leader or tour escort, but his basics are local guiding in my country. My passion is the spoken word, and he loves architect Joseph Plečnik's works.
Lucija Peklar is a licensed tour guide and a wine tour organizer. After traveling and working all around the globe in the tourism industry, she returned to Slovenia to show her beautiful country and her hometown to visitors from all over the world. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Studies and has been guiding since 2019.
