Description
Join me in a sweet Norwegian online adventure to bake traditional seasonal cakes. Norwegians have a sweet tooth and their cakes are full of traditions and stories that I will be sharing with you from Oslo while we prepare a delicious treat.
Every season has its cake and I will share the secrets of traditional cakes passed on from generation to generation so you can enjoy a bit of Norway wherever you are in the world.

In this session you will require the following listed items:

- Pyrex measurement jars
- Electrical mixer
- 9-inch oven form
- Sieve
- Spatula
- Baking Paper
Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggs
- 200 gr (ml) Sugar
- 200gr (ml) F;our
- 11/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 100 ml. Hot boiling water
Filling
- 300 ml Whipping Cream
- 2 Tbsp Icing Sugar
- 2-3 drops of Vanilla Essence
- 100 gr Seasonal Berries
- 5 Tsp Raspberry Jam
- 400 ml Whipping Cream
- 2-3 Tsp milk
Decoration
- 400 gr Marzipan
- 30 gr Berries
- 40 gr Melted chocolate (optional)

Meet your Host
Victoria Vanegas
I am a certified Oslo guide and Wilton certified cake and pastry maker. I am originally from Colombia and have lived in Norway with my Norwegian husband for the last 20 years. I enjoy nature and skiing in the forest or in the mountain. I ride horses and practice dressage every week. I enjoy living in Norway and showing it to visitors around the world. I lead the Oslo guiding course to certify good quality guides in our city. When I am not guiding doing sports or cooking I like to read history and travel.
