• Be picked up from the guesthouse or hotel's lobby between 08:00 -08:30 am.

• Drive up north to the limestone waterfall and enjoy a host of activities including climbing up and down the waterfall.

• Walk through the Chiang Dao cave housing an old temple and the beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.

• Have lunch and then embark on a 3-hour trek towards the villages of Akha and Lisu hill tribes, finally arriving at Dara-ang village. 

• Learn more about Dara-Ang's traditional ways of simple everyday life. 

• After a delicious Thai dinner, enjoy traditional dancing and singing by local children around the campfire.

Overnight stay will be in a comfortable basic bamboo hut. (lunch & dinner).

• Be woken up by the roosters of the village to welcome a clean and calm morning. 

• After breakfast, by around 08.00 am, go out for a walking tour of the villages of the Pagayor and Lahu hill tribes.

• Take a break for lunch and then continue the journey to the great Thaton Temple. See a big Buddha image on the top of the hill along with some really bewitching views of the Kok River.

• Visit the biggest orange farm in Thailand. Enjoy tasting juicy oranges (Nov-Feb). 

• Drive up the mountainous road to the Chinese Village of Doi Mae Salong. Have a Chinese style dinner, followed by a comfortable overnight stay at one of the most beautiful resorts in the area surrounded by scenic views of mountains (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

• Visit the local market. Watch out for the tribal people coming along with their donkeys, carrying products from their farms to sell in the market. 

• Stop by a tea shop and drink traditional local tea.

• Drive on the mountain road and down through the valley while enjoying stunning views of the landscape. Stop by at the Monkey Temple and visit Mae Sai; the Thai/Burma border. 

• Continue driving along the Mae Khong River to have lunch at the riverside. 

• Enjoy a boat ride to visit Laos (on a big boat or speed boat) local market and then continue to the ancient city of Chiang Sean.

• After this, proceed to the great Black House and the great White Temple of Chiang Rai, constructed by Thailand's National Artists. Take a walk around, enjoy clicking nice pictures, and shop for some souvenirs.

• Return to Chiang Mai on the different routing with a stop on the way at the site of hot springs. (breakfast, lunch).
