Day 1: Arrival expand_more
- Pick up from Kigali International Airport.
- Do a city tour and transfer to Akagera National Park.
Check in at Akagera Game Lodge for your dinner and overnight stay

Day 2: Akagera Game Drive and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park. expand_more
- Early morning, go for a game drive up to the northern part of the park to catch up with early risers before they go into hiding.
- Have a chance to see zebras, antelopes, giraffes, Elephants, Buffalos, bushbucks, lions, among others.
- Exit the park and proceed to Kigali for lunch.
- Transfer to Kinigi.
Check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay on a full board basis.

Day 3: Volcanoes National Park expand_more
- Upon arrival at Volcanoes National Park, take a guided walk to the neighbouring villages and volcanoes.
- Visit the twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo.

Day 4: Golden Monkey & Gorilla Trekking and Iby’wacu Cultural Visit expand_more
- Upon rising, enjoy breakfast and report at the Kinigi park offices.
- Engage in a morning briefing on the monkey trekking code of conduct provided by the Park Warden.
- After this, embark on your Gorilla Trekking expedition. Once you locate the amazing creatures, enjoy an hour with them.
- Head towards the starting point to meet your guide and return to the lodge.
- Have lunch.
- Enjoy a visit to the Iby’wacu Cultural Village for cultural entertainment and enrichment.

- For your transfer to Lake Kivu, driving via Butare to Gisenyi Province, enjoy the countryside's wonderful views covered in rolling hills.
