    • Depart from Kigali and visit some historical sites on the main road like Kamegeri’s rock and Nyanza King's Palace. 

    • Check-in to the hotel and get refreshed before you go for a drive to Nyungwe. 

    Stay overnight at Gisakura Hotel/Lodge/Guest House.

  • Day 2: Nyungwe Forest National Park expand_more

    • Have an early breakfast (4:45 am).

    • Drive to the chimp trekking point with the Rwandan tour guide.

    • After trekking, the Canopy Walkway follows. This is 50 metres above ground level and about 200 metres long. The dizzying platform is above a steep and deep valley across a massive forest. This hanging platform allows visitors to view different animal species in the Nyungwe forest. You can capture some amazing shots here.

    • Meet farmers at nearby tea plantations and indulge in some other community tourism activities in the afternoon.

    Stay overnight at a recommended hotel.

  • Day 3: Gisakura/Kitabi Tea Factory & Departure expand_more

    • Take a 2-hour tour of the tea factory and depart to Kigali. 

    • Make a stopover at Huye Ethnographic Museum with the Rwandan tour guide.

    • Depart to the airport after reaching Kigali.
