    • Travel to Transylvania, crossing the Carpathian mountains and passing scenic mountain towns.
    • Morning visit to Peles Castle, a former summer royal residence of the Romanian kings and one of the finest castles in Europe.
    • Stop before lunch at Azuga Vinery for a wine tasting and tour of the cellar and production line. Lunch (2 courses) served in a local restaurant.
    • Afternoon visit to Bran Castle, built in the 14th century in Gothic style for defensive purposes, later known as Dracula’s castle.

    • Visit to Viscri fortified church (UNESCO) and the local ethnographic museum to learn more about local life.
    • Lunch (2 courses) featuring local food and traditional recipes in Viscri.
    • Visit to Rupea Fortress, built in the 14th century, known as "the Peasant Citadel."
    • Visit to a local jam producer in Saschiz to taste jams and chutneys made with local ingredients.

      • Horse ride on hills and green areas (2-3 hours) for those with riding experience.
      • Mountain bike ride with several route options between Viscri and surrounding villages.

    • Continue the Transylvanian food tour towards the surroundings of Sibiu City, exploring a pastoral rural area inhabited by Romanian shepherds for centuries.
    • Enjoy a horse-driven wagon ride through the village and its surroundings, experiencing local architecture and way of life.
    • Visit a local household to observe domestic activities, including domestic animals and vegetable gardens.
    • Participate in a short cooking class to learn how to cook a traditional Romanian dish. Alternatively, enjoy leisure time in the garden or have a local drink.
    • Shepherd’s Dinner style (3 courses) in the evening, featuring polenta, cheese, mutton meat, dessert, water, plum brandy, and local beer/wine.

    • Breakfast. Visit to the Old Town of Sibiu, the oldest and largest medieval town in Transylvania, featuring highlights such as Big Square, Little Square, Evangelical Cathedral, Orthodox Cathedral, Liar’s Bridge, towers, and fortifications.
    • Continue journey towards Bucharest.
    • Stop for a 2-course lunch to try “mititei,” a popular Romanian meal consisting of minced meat rolls with a recipe dating back to the 19th century. Stop at Dealul Negru, one of the most famous places for this meal.
    • Arrival in Bucharest around 6.00 PM.
    • Panoramic tour of the city and drop-off at your hotel.
