In the morning, visit the Historical Centre of Sintra, to see the traditional narrow streets full of flowers and local craft shops, viewpoints, with a compulsory stop at the traditional sweets and Ginjinha (cherry liqueur).
Start with a cultural tour of the National Palace of Sintra, a unique example of medieval palaces in Portugal.
Go for a guided tour to Regaleira Palace and Gardens, a place with a spirit of its own.
Have lunch in a traditional restaurant, which surprises us with some delicious dishes. It recreates food from the 19th century.
Visit the oldest monument of Sintra, the Moorish Castle, located on the ridges of the Serra de Sintra, the castle dates back to the time of the Muslims in Portugal, 8th century.
Finish the day with a guided tour to Pena Royal Palace, counted among the top 10 of the most beautiful palaces in the world.
