Payment Procedure:

• 100% Advance on date block & confirmation of services, minimum 03 weeks before commencement of the event

Cancellation Policy:

• 06 Working days or less, 100% cancellation charge.

• 07 to 10 working days – 50% or the equivalent of the first two days charges.

• 12 working days or more – no cancellation charges provided, no commitment or advances.

Important Factors:

• Personal effects for Warm/Windy/Rainy conditions should be carried by clients. Insect’s repellent, Sunburn lotion etc. Following are recommended for the nature trail.

• Warm Jacket & Trouser

• Raincoat

• Warm Socks

• Trekking stick

• Warm gloves

• Woollen cap

• Water bottle

• Sandals/ Tewa

• Basic first aid basic medicine

• Water bottle (normal 1.5 L bottle)

• Sunglasses & Sun Block cream, locations, Tissue roll, Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste, soap, shampoo.

• Handlamp Torch, Camera, with extra batteries.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

• Using drugs or found party to drug sale or possession is strictly prohibited. If anyone finds or is caught using any drug on buses or during the trip, they will be expelled from the trip right away on the spot, and the person will not be eligible for any refund.

• The host reserves the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reason deemed appropriate by them. In such a case, the registered participants will receive a full refund.

• On an adventure trip of this type, weather, local politics, transport, or a multitude of other factors beyond organisers' control can result in a change of itinerary. It is doubtful that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary, the Leader of the group and Guide will decide what the best alternative is, considering the best interests of the whole group Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to terminate/regret any participant due to indiscipline.

• Members shall not indulge in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.

• Members must respect the authority of an organizer.

• Each participant should treat other team members with respect.

• Special respect towards Families & female members would be exercised.

• All members would give due care for the local environmental care.

• All members would respect the environmental care to keep the place clean.

• The organizers reserve the right to use event photos for electronic/digital media.

Note:

• Participants must hold a valid Computerized CNIC/Passport Card.

• Time management is strictly recommended.

• Participants are advised to use Non-slippery Shoes/Boot/Joggers/DMS. Participants must NOT wear Heel/Dress Shoes.

• On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air-conditioned buses will be operational on an on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.

• We will not be responsible for any injury/damage/loss.
