    • Start Pitec Trek. 

    • From Pitec trek, move towards Lake Churup, enjoying highland vegetation like Quenual trees. Enjoy the marvellous view.

    • Witness huge peaks like Mount Huamashraju, the Cordillera Negra, as well as the imposing Mount Churup.

    • View melting glaciers that lead to rising stunning and mighty cascades and see rivers that run deep valleys.

    • Hike up for 3 hours until Lake Churup at 4480m. 

    • Spend an hour there to have lunch, enjoy the view, and take scenic pictures.

    • Walk back down to the parking site.

    • Return to Huaraz and end the tour.
