Day 1: Arrival in Cusco & City Tour expand_more
Get a reception at the airport in Cusco with a pick up from the airport or bus station and transfer to the hotel.
Free morning to relax and acclimatize.
Go on an optional walk in the main street with your Peruvian tour guide.
Take a tour of Cusco City in the afternoon. Visit the Plaza de Armas, the Koricancha Palace and the 4 archaeological sites: Sacsayhuaman, staged annually by the Inti Raymi.
Proceed to the Quenko Amphitheater, Puca Pucara, Tambomachay and baths.
Transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in Cusco.

Day 2: Cusco to Sacred Valley of the Incas to Machu Picchu expand_more
Have breakfast at the hotel.
At 08:00 am, board your bus to go to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
Head to the first place to visit the fabulous archaeological complex of Pisac, located atop a hill from where you can appreciate the beauty of the Sacred Valley.
Then, descend back to the valley and visit the handicraft market of Pisac, where you can buy beautiful handicrafts and tissues.
Continue your journey through the Sacred Valley, noting the typical landscapes and villages of the valley as Calca and Urubamba Yucay.
At 1:00 pm, enjoy a buffet lunch in the Sacred Valley.
Afternoon, visit the Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo. At the end of the Sacred Valley, visit its picturesque village and appreciate its imposing platforms.
Transfer to the train station in Ollantaytambo.
At 4:30 pm, travel by train to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes-Ex).
Arrive and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes - Ex).

Day 3: Machu Picchu expand_more
At 6:00 a.m, have breakfast at the hotel.
At 6:30 a.m, take a bus to Machu Picchu Inca citadel, universally known for its imposing and original remains of the Inca culture and for its incomparable location on the edge of the abyss, in whose bottom the waters of the Urubamba flow.
Visit the main staggered buildings, stairways, Temples, Turrets, the Solar Clock or Intiwatana, platforms, etc., with your Peruvian tour guide. The whole citadel guided tour lasts for 2:30 hrs.
Free time to explore the ruins and climb Huayna Picchu.
At 04:00 p.m, hop into the bus.
At 6:45 p.m, depart by train to Ollantaytambo and from there, to Cusco by bus. The time of arrival in Cusco is 10:30 pm.
