    • Begin with a short 1.5-hour transfer to Nayapul.

    • After checking in at the Annapurna Conservation Area, walk along a dirt road leading to Hile and have a lunch break on the way. 

    • Take a break  at Tikhedhunga before climbing the steep steps up to the scenic village in Ulleri.

    • Enjoy spectacular views of the sacred Machapuchare (Fishtail) as the trail ascends gradually towards Banthanti.

    • The trail then enters schima and hazelnut forests, before leading you out to Nangethanti. 

    • After lunch, the route will be filled with beautiful rhododendron blooms and as you reach upper part of Ghorepani, spectacular mountain views will welcome you to this beautiful settlement.

  • Ghorepani to Tadapani and morning hike to Poon Hill (2710m) expand_more
    • Get up early to hike to Poon hill, a famous view point that lies at 3,210 meters above sea level and boasts panoramic views of the mountain peaks in the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain range.During sunrise, the mighty peak becomes a natural canvas as the sunlight pours magical colors upon them.

    • Head back to your tea house for breakfast.

    • Begin with an ascent up steep stone stairs before hitting a long downhill stretch.

    • Reach Tadapani to enjoy up close views of Annapurna south, the Fishtail and Hiunchuli.

  • Tadapani to Chhomrong (2300m) expand_more
    • The trail descends steeply through rhododendron and oak forests before arriving at a teahouse in Chuile for lunch. 

    • Continue to a river and cross a suspension bridge after which the trek will start going uphill steeply before petering out to a gradual slope.

    • The final section for the day is an easy walking trail to Chomrong, a beautiful Gurung village.

  • Chhomrong to Dobhan 2600m expand_more
    • Traverse the trail deep into the Annapurna valley today as you head to Dobhan. 

    • Following steep stone stairs, descend down to Chhomrong Khola and then switch back to climbing up again through bamboo forests. 

    • Hike until you reach Dobhan for dinner and night stay.

  • Dobhan to Annapurna Base Camp 4130m expand_more
    • Walk closely to the Annapurna glaciers and the base of Machapuchare.

    • At Machapuchare base camp, take a break to take in the views of the surrounding mountains.

    • From MBC, a beautiful boulder strewn path will lead you to your ultimate destination - Annapurna Base Camp. 

  • Annapurna Base Camp to Dobhan 2600m expand_more
    • Appreciate a breathtaking sunrise view of the Annapurna and capture the grandeur of the high craggy peaks.

    • After breakfast, begin your trek to Dobhan for an overnight stay.

  • Dobhan to Jhinu 1750m expand_more
    • Retrace the trail downwards to appreciate the wondrous mountain scenery from a different angle.

    • Pass by Chhomrong and aim for Jhinu to see hot spring baths.

  • Jhinu to Nayapul to Pokhara 900m expand_more
    • Get back to Nayapul through beautiful villages, rice terraces and wheat fields.

    • Drive back to Pokhara where the comforts of the city awaits after your long trek in the highlands.
