    • Rest day at Manang & hang in and around town.

    • This is an important rest & acclimatisation day before crossing Thorung La.

  • Day 11: Thorung Phedi expand_more

    • Trek from Latdar to Thorung Phedi (4404m) for 5 ½ hrs. (B, L, D)

  • Day 12: Thorong Phedi to Thorong La expand_more

    • Trek from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath (3800m), crossing Thorong La Pass (5416m) for about 7 hrs. (B, L, D)

  • Day 13: Muktinath to Jomsom expand_more

    • Trek down from Muktinath to Jomsom (2710m) for 5 hrs. (B, L, D)

  • Day 14: To Pokhara expand_more

    • Flight to Pokhara. (B)
