12:00: Meet the Nepalese tour guide at Thamel (The exact meeting point can be decided on booking time).
12:05 p.m.: The walk starts after a short briefing and introduction.
12:15: After a short walk on the crowded Thamel market, Reach a small goddess temple at the end of Thamel.
12:30: Reach Ason market, the business center of old Kathmandu. Explore the market in about 30 minutes or so.
1:00 pm: Stroll in the market and reach the beautiful temple of Avalokiteshvara.
1:30 pm: Continue exploring the market and reach the colourful market of glass beads.
1:45 pm: Explore the beautiful Temple of Akash Vairab and enjoy a delicious cup of lassi.
2:00 pm: Observe the busy commercial street of Kathmandu, New Road. Enjoy some local snacks, as well.
2:30 pm: See a Buddhist stupa on the way back to Thamel.
3:00 pm: Say goodbye to Nepal.

You can also plan to see around the beautiful Kathmandu Durbar square (1.5 hrs).
You can see the old palace of Nepal from the 17th century and many temples from as early as the 12th century. You can see the living goddess "Kamari" if the timing is right.
