We invite you to join us as we visit Tibetan refugee settlements around Pokhara Valley, where you will learn about the daily life of Tibetan people in Nepal. During our tour, you'll also gain insight into the meanings of Buddhist signs and symbols that are so important in their daily lives. We will visit temples and monasteries where you can witness Buddhist monks' prayer chanting and learn about their monastic education.

On our half-day tour, Mr Thupten will guide you through the Pokhara Valley’s Tibetan refugee settlements, providing insight into how the Tibetan people have preserved their language, identity, and Buddhist culture. He will also take you through the meanings of Buddhist symbols such as prayer wheels, flags, and stupas, and introduce you to a young Buddhist monk who will share their personal journey and the monastic life.
