Meet a Buddhist monk and learn about their monastic life, daily studies, and activities in the monastery.
Visit the monastery and attend their group pooja in the evening.

Enjoy a morning breakfast in a local Tibetan family, where you will taste Tibetan food, tsampa (roasted barley flour), butter tea, and Tibetan bread.

- The tour starts at 5:30 am and finishes around 9 am.
- We provide pick-up and drop services to and from our guest's hotels.

On our half-day tour, Mr Thupten will guide you through the Pokhara Valley’s Tibetan refugee settlements, providing insight into how the Tibetan people have preserved their language, identity, and Buddhist culture. He will also take you through the meanings of Buddhist symbols such as prayer wheels, flags, and stupas, and introduce you to a young Buddhist monk who will share their personal journey and the monastic life.
