Embark on a 12-day Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek! Drive to Taplejung via the Tamor Corridor road. Then, explore Sekhathum using a local jeep, trek through picturesque landscapes, and visit highlights like Thangyam, Ghunsa, Khambachen, Lonak, and Pangpema Base Camp. After that, enjoy a rest day in Ghunsa, with optional hikes to viewpoints. The return journey includes stops at Amjilasa and Sekhathum. Wrap up your tour as you drive back to Biratnagar.

    • Arrival in Taplejung (Funglung Bazar).

    • Drive to Sekhathum after spending the night at Fungling Bazar.
    • Use a local jeep for the off-road journey to Sekhathum, which is expected to take 3-4 hours.
    • Trek for approximately 2 hours to reach Lama Tar, where accommodation is arranged for the night.
  • Day 3: Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek expand_more
    • Embark on a trek to Thangyam, passing through Amjilesa Village along the way.
  • Day 4: Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek expand_more
    • Continue your trek to Ghunsa, covering a distance of 14 km in approximately 6 hours, passing through Gyabla on the way.
  • Day 5: Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek expand_more
    • Enjoy a rest day at Ghunsa, with the option to take a short hike to a viewpoint for breathtaking views.

    • Trek to Khambachen (4130m/10km/6hrs) with stunning views of Mt. Jannu, Kumbakarna, and other surrounding mountains.

    • Trek to Pangpema B.C (Kanchanjunga North B.C 5140m) and back to Lonak (7.7km * 2/10hrs)
