Kruger National Park Safari expand_more
Pick up at 5 AM from Maputo.
Head towards the Ressano Garcia border via Lebombo Border Post, to the Crocodile Bridge Entrance to Kruger Park.
Stop for freshly brewed coffee and snacks at the Lebombo garage with your personal safari guide.
Embark on a 10-hour safari after crossing the crocodile bridge and be greeted with never-seen-before wildlife.
Head to the Hippo pool to view huge numbers of hippos lazing around in the water body.
Proceed to eat. Have lunch either at Lower Sabie Rest Camp or Skukuza Rest Camp during the Safari.
Go for an expedition into the Rhino post.
Spot the renowned Big-Fives, ie leopards, white or black rhinos, elephants, lions and buffalos near the Skukuza Rest Camp.
Visit the banks of River Letaba and relax in nature at Mapai.
Go to Pretorius Kop for bird- watching.
Towards the end of the safari, pass through the Jakkal Bessie Concession and then the Jock Safari Lodge.
Exit the Kruger National Park through the Malelane gate.

What to bring
For summer months lightweight and short-sleeved clothes are the best, although a light jersey/sweater might be needed for the cooler evenings. Umbrellas and raincoats are essential during the summer, and warmer clothes are needed for the winter months.
You are advised to bring your own binoculars, and your cameras and filming equipment.
