Description
Trek and enjoy swimming to Lata Medang Waterfall in a remote region of the hilly rainforest. The trekking is easy to moderate with around 1.5-hour walk from the entrance from Kampung Pertak, along the way with vegetation and tropical trees. After swimming in the chilling pool, continue with exploring local food.

07:45 am: Meet your Kuala Kubu Bharu guide at the train station or entrance.
08:00 am: Start hiking uphill over a flat trail, which gradually becomes a steep climb until it hits Lubuk Mecu. A single journey should take between one to two hours depending on your pace.
09:30 am is the estimated time to reach Lubuk Mecu. Upon arrival, rest and take photos, or go for a relaxing swim.
10:00 am: Reach Lata Medang Waterfall, a waterfall at Kampung Pertak, cascading down from a huge drop of 60 meters across two tiers. Rest, have coffee, and go swimming.
11:00 am: Pack and prepare to descent.
12:30 pm is the estimated time to reach KKB town and have lunch.
Additional add on:* If there is enough time after lunch, you can visit a local hot spring area. Soak in the Hot Spring to relax your leg and body after hiking.
