In this workshop, travelers will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the coffee roasting process, from the green beans to the aromatic beverage we all know and love. We will explore the roasting process, from the selection of the beans to the art of applying heat to enhance their unique characteristics. Guided by an expert roaster, participants will have the opportunity to roast the beans themselves. They will learn about the different roasting levels and how time and temperature influence the final result.
