Pick up by your tour guide at 6:00 pm from your hotel for a one hour drive.
On arrival, you get initiated into a detox session. Temazcal is an igloo made of rock. For the Mayans, it represents the belly of mother earth. Hot rocks are placed inside the igloo, and the chaman pours water with medicinal herbs into it.
Detox your body by sweating, which makes you get in a very nice relaxation mode.
Indulge in this purification process for some time.
Transfer back to your hotel.
