Meet your Mexican tour guide at the agreed-upon location and ride to Valladolid, a colonial Mexican city founded by Spaniards in 1543.
Visit one Mayan Community that surrounds Chichen Itza (Ebtun, Cuncunul, Kaua, Xcalacoop or Piste). You will get to see the local community's produce in the Yucatan geographical area including vanilla, paper, bees honey, chocolate, etc.
Have a delicious homemade Mexican lunch. (Let the Mexican guide know if you are a vegan or vegetarian).
