Description

Hike through the massive Shan Hills to a village, learn about the lives of a local Pao minority community, and encounter cigar plantations and garlic plantations. Discover a cave with multiple images of Buddha and visit Inle Lake to admire its beautiful views and that of the mountains.

  • Day 1: Trekking expand_more

    • Start early morning after pick-up at 08:00 am by your Burmese guide from the hotel and transfer by a local car to the cave, which has some buddha images displayed for pilgrimage.

    • Enjoy a hike for about 3 hours and head for lunch at a village where the Pao minority people live.

    • Proceed to Yin Pya village to a homestay, where you will have your dinner and breakfast.

    • During the first day of the tour, you will be hiking for about 6 hours and encountering a local cigar plantation, the giant Shan Hill and a garlic plantation.

  • Day 2: Inle Lake expand_more

    • Start walking at 09:00 am and descend for about 3 hours for lunch in a village. During the tour, appreciate the panoramic view of Inle Lake and the mountains.

    • Head to the wooden bridge, a gateway to the lake which takes 3 hours to reach. The lake is like a natural swimming pool; along the terrace, cultivation is bewitching for the trekkers.

    • Transfer to the hotel by boat or any other place of your choice.
