      • The highest standing Buddha idol (129 meters) in the world

    • Arrive in Monywa and check in at the hotel. 

  • Day 2: Monywa expand_more

    • After lunch, visit Kyaukka lacquerware village and Shwe Guni Pagoda.

    • Drive to Powin Taung, located on the western banks of the Chindwin River. 

    • Cross the Chindwin Bridge to visit Po Win Taung and Shwe Ba Taung Pagoda cave complex. These complexes of 492 cave temples are packed with 2588 Buddhas, and there are beautiful 16th-century wall paintings in some caves.
