Description

Come for a short guided visit to three towns on the scenic Bay of Kotor (Boka). You will also visit the island of Our Lady of the Rocks to see its famous church and a museum. See the Roman Mosaics Museum and click candid photos from the viewpoint here.

    • Meet the guide waiting for you in front of the port with a sign of your name or meet at an agreed place.

    • Drive to Perast with your Montenegrin tour guide.

    • Visit Perast and the island of Our Lady of the Rocks with its church and a museum.

    • Proceed driving to Risan.

    • Explore the Risan and Roman Mosaics Museum.

    • Start driving to a viewpoint above Kotor Bay with amazing scenery (optional).

    • Head back to Kotor.

    • Do a walking tour of Old town in Kotor.

    • At the end of the tour, the Montenegrin guide will escort you back to the port or help you with directions if you want to stay more in the town by yourself( Old Town is just 5 minutes walking away from the port if you are coming by cruise ship)

  • As a local, I keep admiring Perast town, with 300 inhabitants and 22 churches. Wherever you turn, there is a Venetian Baroque palace that gives special charm to the town.

  • "The Pearl of Perast", Our Lady of the Rocks, is a man-made islet built on top of the reef. In it's church and treasury, culture and history of the area are kept.

  • Kotor Old Town add up to Venetian ambient as well, and it will seem we used a time machine, and we are back to medieval times.

  • To mix it up, there is Risan, 10 minutes away from Perast but completely different (it was part of Turkish Empire, not Venice). It is known as "sunken town" since at the bottom of nowadays sea used to be town.
  • Roman Mosaics museum bring us back to II c AD roman villa with unique presentation in the world of god Hypnos!

  • Kotor Bay viewpoint photo will be a perfect memory that will make you come back!
