In this 13-day tour around Morocco, explore the North: Tanger and the Blue City, the South:  Fes, Marrakech, Ouarzazate and the Sahara Desert, and the Coast: Essaouira and Agadir. 

  • 1st Day - Airport transfer to the Riad in Marrakech expand_more
    • Arrival at Marrakech Airport.
    • Transfer from the Airport to the Riad.
    • Check-in at the Riad Bahia Palace Hotel.
  • 2nd Day - Marrakesh expand_more

    This day will be dedicated to visiting the red city, which is also the most touristic city in Morocco, with all its smells and colours.

    • Start the tour in the morning, after a beautiful and typical breakfast at the hotel.
    • Visit the Bahia Palace in Koutoubia.
    • Venture out into the typical Jewish quarter (Mellah), where we can explore its daily market and the spice souk.
    • Return to Djemaa El Fna Square.

  • 3rd Day - Visit New Marrakech or a Day Excursion to Agadir or Essaouira expand_more
    • Visit the famous Majorelle Garden (the last home of the well-known fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent).
    • Go to malls, with free time in hand.


  • 4th Day - Marrakesh / Tizi N'Tichka / Ksar Ait Ben Haddou / Vale de Dades expand_more
    • After breakfast at the Hotel Riad Marraplace, head towards the High Atlas Mountains. Tizi N'Tichka is a high mountain pass at an altitude of 2,260 meters located in the High Atlas mountains located in Morocco. This mountain range is simply stunning.
    • Stop along the way to visit some points of interest, as well as take pictures and enjoy the surrounding landscape. The French built this road in 1936 to be a military road. Ticska means difficult, and it is really a winding road but at the same time unique.
    • Continue towards the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, classified as Unesco Heritage and built in the middle of the century. XVII. Ait Ben Haddou is a fortified city in the Souss-Massa-Draa region, situated on an old caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakesh, and played an important commercial role. It is located at the foot of a hill in the High Atlas on the banks of the Unila River. This region was the scene of very famous films, the most recent being Game of Thrones, filmed in this region. But films like Ben-Hur, A tea in the desert, Sodom and Gomorrah and the Last Temptation of Christ were real box office hits.
    • After lunch, enjoy the magnificent natural landscapes on the way and the historical monuments of the Taourirt region. The Kasbah de Taourirt is one of the most famous on the thousand kasbah route. We will also visit the Valley of the Roses (Kelaat M'Gouna), a city known for the cultivation of damask roses. This activity is the city's main recipe dedicated to the cultivation, harvest, and transformation of roses into cosmetic products. In May, one of the most important Festivals in Morocco is held, the Festival of Roses by Kelaat M'Gouna.
    • Continue to Boulmane Dades, a city located in the Dades River Valley, 100 km from Ouarzazate, part of the Souss-Massa-Draa region and the province Tinghir.

  • 5th Day - Gorges of Dades- Tinghir- Gorges of Todra- Erfoud - Merzouga expand_more
    • After breakfast, proceed to Merzouga. Our route passes through Tinghir, with a beautiful oasis full of palm trees, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Morocco.
    • Visit the Gorges of Dades, or Dades Gorges, located in the Dades River's upper valley between Boulmane Dades and Msemrir; it is famous for its rocky buildings similar to monkey fingers (Monkey Fingers). The surrounding landscape is characterised by almond, fig and walnut trees. The Dades Gorge is simply spectacular. Its reddish walls that change colour depending on the daylight are very popular with climbing lovers.
    • Continue to Erfoud, the capital of fossils. It is common to find several shops by the road that sell fossils from that region.
    • Visit the region and head towards Merzouga (Sahara Desert). Merzouga is a Berber village located in the Sahara desert about 20 km from the border with Algeria.
    • Arrive in Merzouga in time for a camel ride that will take us through the dunes of Erg Chebbi.
    • Watch a beautiful sunset—time to disconnect and enjoy the magic of the Sahara desert. Enjoy dinner served in typical Berber tents and a lively evening with traditional desert music and dances.

  • 6th Day - Round the Merzouga Dunes and Night at a Hotel expand_more
    • This day will have a great cultural aspect as we will stop as different oases, to get to know the local population.
  • 7th Day - Merzouga - Ziz Valley - Midelt - Ifrane - Azrou - Fès expand_more
    • In the morning, wake up very early to watch a fabulous sunrise over the dunes of the Sahara Desert. 
    • After breakfast at the camp, travel by camel to the Hotel, where we will make the journey towards Fès.
    • Pass in some places such as Midelt (famous for its delicious apples)
    • Lunch in Midelt.
    • After lunch, head towards Ifrane, the so-called Moroccan Switzerland, famous in the region due to its ski resort. The city was built by the French in the 1930s.
    • Arrive in Fès at the beginning of the night.

  • 8th Day - Fès expand_more
    • Visit Fes, the oldest imperial city in Morocco, the city that was the capital of Morocco until 1925, the modern Turkish name for Morocco, Fas, originally referred only to the capital. The city has two ancient medinas, the largest of which is Fes el Bali. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is believed to be one of the largest car-free urban areas in the world. Al-Qarawiyyin, founded in 859 AD, is the oldest continuously functioning madrasah in the world. The city has been called the "Mecca of the West" and the "Athens of Africa. The Merenid Tombs at the edge of the valley will give you a spectacular view of the city. The Boujeloud Gardens are a paradise with an outdoor cafe and many picnic spots.
    • After visiting the city, return to the Riad.

  • 09th Day - Fès - Meknes - Volubilis - Chefchouen expand_more
    • After breakfast, head to Meknes, a significant imperial and historic city and popular tourist destination, registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Meknes is best known for its close links with Sultan Moulay Ismail, responsible for building the city walls and impressive gates, as well as other attractions like Place Hedim, Heri es-Souani.
    • Drive to Chefchouen through the green landscapes of the Ouazan region. 
    • Visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis and proceed to the Blue city.

  • 10th Day - Chefchouen expand_more
    • Make a short visit to Chefchaouen; it has sights such as the colourful streets, the Kasbah (the old part).
    • At night, enjoy music in the square during your dinner in a restaurant with a view. 
    • Have lunch in a traditional restaurant before going on a tour of the blue city with our local guide. 
    • After the guided tour, discover the colourful streets through the blue city of Chechouen before heading towards Riad.
  • 11th Day - Chefchouen - Rabat - Casablanca expand_more
    • After breakfast, drive close to the Rif Mountains, which surround the northern part of Morocco.
    • Reach Ouazan, known for producing the best olive oil in Morocco and also known as the pilgrimage of Jews who came to pray for a saint called Abraham Ben Diwane.
    • Arrive in the late afternoon at Casablanca, the largest city in Morocco, with around 6 million people.

  • 12th Day - Casablanca expand_more
    • In the morning, visit the Mosque of Hassan II) the third-largest mosque in the world after the Mecca of Mecca and Medina (built between 1986 and 1993) famous for its 200-meter minaret.
    • Free afternoon, or if you want, we can book a dinner at Rick’s bar.

  • 13th Day - Casablanca - Transfer to Marrakech Airport expand_more
    • Afterwards, we will make the transfer to Marrakech Airport after three hours of the motorway.
