  • Day 1: Ait Ben Haddou expand_more
    • After leaving Marrakech, cross the spectacular Tizi n'Tichka Pass of the High Atlas Mountains. 

    • Travel through several Berber villages, the riverside oasis and barren hillsides are clustered with Kasbahs, especially the UNESCO site of Ait Benhaddou.

    • After lunch, drive further to Ouarzazate and Valley of the Roses, with beautiful views of the Dades valley, the valley of a thousand Kasbahs. 

    Stay overnight in Dades.

  • Day 2: Erg Chebbi expand_more
    • After breakfast, drive to Todra Gorge and have a little walk and visit one of the women co-operative making carpets.

    • Continue to Sahara while crossing the fossil capital Erfoud and then to Erg Chebbi, where you ride the camels to the camp in the middle of the dunes.

    • Marvel at the magical sunset on top of the dunes.

  • Day 3: Fes expand_more
    • After viewing the most beautiful sunrise and having breakfast at the campsite, ride the camels back to the Auberge.

    • From there, it will be a long day driving to Fes. On the way, there are plenty of opportunities for pictures, especially in the Ziz valley, Ifran city and the Ceder Forest, where you still find some barbary apes living.

  • Day 4: Tour of Fes expand_more
    • Do a city tour of Fes, which will take almost the whole day as you will visit the historical sites and the handicrafts places since Fez is known as the intellectual, spiritual and handicrafts capital of Morocco.
