Explore the Morrocan jewels, starting from Casablanca where you will visit its best cultural sites. Then, walk through the medina in Fes and go to Ifrane, “the Switzerland of Morocco”. Spend nights in a nomad camp in the Merzouga desert area, ride a camel and drive through Todra Gorge, Dades valley, Ouarzazate, Ait Benhaddou and end your tour in Marrakech.

    • Meet your tour guide in Casablanca, Morocco and start exploring the best cultural places in the city and morocco desert travel.
    • Visit the Hassan II Mosque, the 7th largest mosque in the world. 
    • Have lunch and then, drive towards Meknes, an ancient imperial city with 1000-year-old Roman ruins and historical sites.
    • Continue with the visit to the Romain Ruins of Volubilis, home to Morocco's best-preserved ruins. 
    • Then, you will continue towards Fes where you will spend the night in a Riad / Hotel with dinner and breakfast.
  • Day 2: Fes (guided tour) expand_more
    • Today, you will go for a guided tour in Fes and discover the city while walking in the medina. Fes is the oldest imperial city founded by Idriss II and is a centre of the Arab-Muslim culture. 
    • You can explore the Andalusian mosque, the famous tanneries, the Medersas, and visit the new part of the city. 

    Overnight in a Riad/hotel.

  • Day 3: Fes – Ifrane – Midelt – Ziz Valley – Rissani – Merzouga (Desert) expand_more
    • After breakfast, you will go to Ifrane, also called “the Switzerland of Morocco”. Continue towards Midelt and then, through the Ziz Valley until you reach the town of Erfoud, very famous for its local fossil products. 
    • Continue to Rissani to explore its souk and drive to Merzouga for an overnight stay. 

    Overnight in a hotel in the desert.

  • Day 4: Merzouga (Desert) – Khamlia – Merzouga (Desert) expand_more
    • After breakfast, you will explore the desert area of Merzouga visiting the village of Khamlia, famous for its musicians. 
    • You will have lunch with nomad people living in the desert. After lunch, prepare yourselves for a camel ride through the dunes to explore Morocco desert excursions. 
    • Once you arrive at the desert camp, you will explore the desert area and enjoy a traditional Berber dinner next to a campfire. 

    Overnight in nomad tents.

  • Day 5: Merzouga (Desert) – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorges expand_more
    • Early in the morning, the camel guide will wake you up to watch the sunrise in the desert. You will ride camels that will take you back to the village. 
    • After a shower and breakfast at the Riad, you will head to Rissani, Tinghir, and Todra Gorge, which is the highest and narrowest Gorge in Morocco. Here, you will be able to walk inside the valley.
    • Have lunch and then you will continue towards the Dades Valley, where you will enjoy castles of sand and rocky formations called “toes of the monkeys”. 

    Overnight at a hotel in Dades Gorges

  • Day 6: Dades Gorges – KalaatM’Gouna – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech expand_more
    • After breakfast, you will head towards Ouarzazate, through the thousand Kasbahs route. Stop at KalaatM’Gouna, which is the centre of the Roses Valley and you will visit a local cooperative of roses. 
    • Then, you will continue your tour through the Ait Benhaddou, Kasbah which was built by Et Hami El Glaoui in the 19th century. 
    • Cross Tizi n’Tichka mountain pass (at 2260m altitude) and the High Atlas Mountains until you reach Marrakech.

    End of the tour.
