    • Arrive at the Bandaranayake International Airport.
    • After giving the necessary information about the tour in Sri Lanka, transfer to Sigiriya or Dambulla.
    • On the way, visit the Dambulla temple.

    Overnight stay at Sigiriya or Habarana.

  • Day 2: Sigiriya to Pollonnaruwa to Sigiriya expand_more

    • After breakfast, leave for Sigiriya and visit the rock fortress (the world-famous Frescoes). 

    • Have lunch at Giritale in a local restaurant and visit Polonnaruwa ancient city.

    • Explore Palace of King Parakrama Bahu, Parliament, Parakrama Samudraya and world-famous rock temple – Gal Viharaya.

    Overnight stay at Sigiriya or Habarana.

  • Day 3: Sigiriya to Kandy expand_more
    • After breakfast, leave to Kandy; on the way, visit the spice garden and Hindu temple. 
    • In the evening, go on a city tour around Kandy and do some shopping (gems, batiks, handicraft and silks). 
    • Visit cultural dances and the Temple of the Tooth. 

    Overnight stay in Kandy.

  • Day 4: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya expand_more

    • After breakfast, leave to visit Kandy city, upper lake drive, Kandy Lake, market square, the city center and Peradeniya botanical garden.

    • Proceed to Nuwara Eliya, the highest land in the country (2000 m).

    • On the way, see few waterfalls, visit a tea estate and a tea factory (see how to make tea).

    • Enjoy lunch at Nuwara Eliya.

    Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.

  • Day 5: Nuwara Eliya to Beach or Airport expand_more

    • After breakfast, walk around Nuwara Eliya city to visit the market area, post office and Victoria City Park.

    • Proceed to Kithulgala and enjoy white water rafting. 

    • After that, proceed to a selected beach hotel or airport.
