Pickup at 7.00 a.m. from your hotel place then drives to Pinnawala elephant orphanage, to see milk feeding & elephant bathing. Visit the Royal Botanical Garden covered by colourful flower plants, herbal plants, endemic and epidemic plant species and palm family trees; all-inclusive of more than 4000 varieties can be seen here. The world’s giant bamboo tree species are found only here. There are more than 100 various species of ferns, and the largest variety of orchid flower plants and lotus and water lilies are grown in artificial ponds in the garden.
