Continue to South gate of Angkor Thom, a best-preserved gate of the quadrangle defensive walls of Angkor Thom that once protected the Khmer capital. Climb up and venture on the protection wall towards Prasat Chrung for thrilling village views.
Continue to West gate of Angkor Thom, the non-restoration gate that allowed visitors to make the comparison to the best-preserved gate (pre & post restoration). See the Bayon Buddhist temple best known today for the gigantic face sculptures.
Stop for lunchtime in the Angkor Thom area with healthy & delicious local food.
Pass by the North gate of Angkor Thom to explore a remarkable rainforest with butterflies, flowers and listen to the sounds of nature along the way to Preah Khan,a temple completely covered in jungle.
See Tanei, an ancient hospital, untouched by archaeologist, hiding it's beauty in the middle of the forest.
Explore the impressive Ta Prohm: The centerpiece of King Jayavarman VII’s master plan, also the headquarters of his vast hospital network.
Return to town and transfer back to Siem Reap town.

Angkor is an active spiritual site for Buddhists and citizens who engage in daily worship, prayer and meditation. Revealing clothes such as shorts and skirts above the knees and showing bare shoulders are prohibited in sacred palaces. Respectful dress is strongly encouraged in Angkor due to the respects of our community.
