Day 1: Explore Angkor Temples expand_more

Angkor Thom South Gate famous entry gate to the royal capital city of "Angkor Thom"!
Bayon Temple richly decorated Khmer Hindu-Buddhist temple originally built for Hindu God Brahma.
Terrace of the Leper King is believed to be built as a representation of Mount Meru, the center of the universe in Buddhist and Hindu cosmology.
Terrace of the Elephants, a striking 350-metre-long and 2.5-metre-high ornamental wall.
Baphuon, a single sanctuary temple-mountain situated on a high base. It is also a symbolical representation of Mount Meru.
Royal Palace, a Khmer-style Throne Hall that was built in 1866 to serve as the residence of the King of Cambodia and his family.
