See morning sunrises at the famous Angkor Wat temple complex (UNESCO heritage site). The tour guide will inform about this religious site - one of the largest religious monuments in the world. Explore this sacred Buddhist temple for it's Khmer architecture, carvings and reliefs in galleries. Angkor Wat combines two basic plans of Khmer temple architecture: the temple-mountain and the later galleried temple.
After sightseeing at this temple complex, head back to the hotel for rest and breakfast and continue on to Angkor Thom, the last and most enduring capital city of the Khmer empire, which was established in the late 12th century by King Jayavarman VII. There are several monuments located here, belonging to earlier periods. One can see the Bayon temple (Khmer temple) here. See the most distinctive feature here - the many serene and smiling stone faces on the many towers situated around this temple.
Visit the ruins of Ta Nie , a small quiet complex followed by a one hour lunch.
Then, head to see Ta Prohm temple , built in Bayon Khmer style. Unlike other Angkorian temples, this temple complex includes photogenic and atmospheric combination of trees growing out of this complex and the varied jungle surroundings just make it a must - see place to visit.

Children does not need pass if they are under 12 years old but they do need to have passport identification.
All tourists must wear proper clothing at Angkor (shirt , covering shoulders and knees).
