- Meet the tour guide, who can pick you up from the agreed-upon location in Bologna or Modena, and make a pilgrimage along the route of food milestones: Parmigiano (Parmesan) Reggiano Cheese and Aceto (Vinegar) Tradizionale Balsamico where, in the Modena area, people have dedicated their entire life to produce these legends of Italian Cuisine.
- Visit a Parmesan dairy, where every day the cheese Masters give birth to the "King of Cheeses" and where the cheese itself is stored for long months. Here, we will taste two selections of it: 24 and 36 months old cheese.
- Proceed to a local producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, where the owner (his family has been making vinegar since 1870!) will provide you with a taste of two kinds of Balsamic: 12 and 25 years old, coupled with Parmesan and even ice cream. And, why not? A glass of red fruity sparkling Lambrusco Wine. Moreover, you will be surprised by the way Balsamic can be successfully coupled with Parmesan, ice cream, and meat.
