    • Meet the guide, next to the market square in La Spezia or in any other location to be defined. Start with a small tour of the market and buy the fresh ingredients that are needed to prepare our lunch.

    • Move back to home and cook a typical Italian homemade dish. This is a very much hands-on course wherein you will prepare the food that you will eat. 

    • The menu may vary according to the season and includes an antipasto, homemade pasta or gnocchi and dessert or an antipasto; in short a main course and dessert. 

    • Get a recipe booklet so you can recreate them at your home.

We will meet near the market square in La Spezia or in any other location upon request. 

  • We will reach the house by car.

  • Please advice in case of any allergy or food intolerance.

A typical menu is:

  • Mixed appetizer (bruschetta, vegetables, cold cuts, mussels)

  • Homemade pasta with meatballs

  • Tiramisu

  • White or red wine

  • Coffee.

We can change or adjust the menu according to your preference or if you desire to learn a typical dish.
